We got it all wrong. Of course it's stupid to assume that it will immediately happen right after the signal goes out. Use your common sense. What happened is that the signal was encoded in our brain and it won't activate the program until our brain goes in REM sleep and de-encode the signal program. Tomorrow is going to be a new world
