MSF is also still in operation in Gaza, but has the same issue actually getting supplies in as everyone. Last I checked they also don't let you specifically earmark funds for a single cause or region. Their general MO is they help everyone, and use the money where they can. They're pretty reliable in actually using the funds well, just you can't guarantee a donation goes to Gaza if that's their only mission you're concerned about.

MSF just announced they've got another matching program through the 31st, so this is another chance to make any last minute 2023 donations go further.
