Where do you live OP? Hamas operates a civil services/charity wing, although it's considered a terrorist organization by Canada, the European Union, Israel, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Pretty sure I can donate to them here in NZ. A quick search reveals MAP is funded partially by USAID, which doesn't necessarily mean it's to be avoided, but it's not a good sign. https://www.chsalliance.org/about/our-members/medical-aid-for-palestinians/

Just be very careful who you donate to. If you donate to the wrong organization, as decided by your national government, you could end up with serious legal consequences. Thins like MSF are always safe, and organizations that work directly with USAID, as odious as that might feel, are likely safe, but be really careful. That’s all. I gave to MSF because I don’t have much risk tolerance but I felt the need to do something

I have nothing to give the victims except what I already have, a steadfast commitment to never pay the federal government a single penny of taxes, repayment of my student loans, and to cost them as much as possible in public services while advocating everyone else do the same to the best of their ability.

Gave some to Doctors Without Borders today, and also to the Mennonite Central Committee, the aid and peacemaking outreach arm of the Mennonite Church, which I recognize might not be everyone's preferred option but they do good work in Gaza and they're definitely on the right side of things. Just had to do something to feel even marginally less powerless right now.
