The lost revenue from the adblocker is next to nothing, but driving people away from your website has a multiplicative effect; people who leave just don't think about you at all and would never direct anyone else there.

No "adblock is theft!" message for me yet, either. I have a pretty active, albiet small, youtube channel and wonder if that has something to do with it. Or maybe the whole thing is falling apart and was a bad idea to begin with.
