I watched the episode last night in the right mood and had a good time. Low point was the beach, just took too long for too obvious of a bit that only had one direction to expand on. Ice Spice had such an incredibly low energy performance, reminded me of a shy kid who doesn't want to perform in front of people but has to for some reason. I guess the name seems more appropriate now. Medical sketch got me the hardest, Kenan was great in his sketch, and I laughed at the sports one for the wrong reasons since it took me so long to realize it wasn't sports jargon I was automatically dismissing.

Kenan deserves way, way more credit for keeping SNL afloat than he gets. Whenever lorne finally dips out (when he's dead) I hope Keenan sticks around to help them plan next steps.

Just got word that November will have shows on the 11th and 18th, which if true means the 4th will be a rerun. Also there will be three December shows, 2nd 9th and 16th.
