I think, personally, I'd prefer someone doing an imitation while not being a sex pest, rather than continuing to keep the sex pest around to do the original grating voices. Personally. I can see silly voices vs sex pestery is a debate people fall into either side of.

Look they didn't need to re-cast, just get rid of all voice acting all together. also i read some interview with dan harmon where he talked about getting rid of justin roiland and it wasn't even done because he's a sex pest, it was done because he stopped working on the show and just played with toys in his office all day and isolating himself from the rest of the crew
