So I haven't actually ever watched tna/impact but I like Trinity and don't have time for more than one show a week. It's cheap and easy to stream at least but is it worth going back a few months to watch anything or can I just dive in with the most recent episodes?

If you like Trinity and want to jump into the weekly show, you can do so - she's on the next two full taping (which means it probably won't air tomorrow). HOWEVER, these upcoming shows have uncharacteristic production values that don't give a good impression of how they have looked visually (they're being helped by sister promotions as they upgrade their central command).

She enjoyed her time in AAA, she liked STARDOM, she didn't hate the coffee break in ROH/AEW, she hated her time in NXT but isn't against going back anymore, and this weekend Fightful said the door's open on both sides if she wants to stay here. She loves it and they love her, but she wants to explore. The scene's changed a lot, in terms of money, opportunities available, and demand, since the last time she was really a free agent (pre-COVID)
