If 3O had actual rich people money: It's actually extremely pathetic to NOT live in a studio apartment. Mine is 4,000 sqft in Manhattan, and has smart privacy dividers throughout it to simulate individual rooms when it is desirable.

i live in a two bedroom apartment and if i had Actual Rich People money i'd probably pay off some debts then keep living in the same apartment and just buy a whole lot of very expensive audio gear and go on some extremely nice vacations. and i'd stop drinking any kind of bourbon other than Willet

I live in a house with my wife and I'm in my early 30s. MY washing mashing flooded our basement not long ago and I had to taear all the insulation out. It sucked it was fiberglass and it hosed up the vapour barrier and the furnace. We have a new washing machine now it's sick and plays a little song

I've lived in houses, townhouses and apartments and I genuinely prefer apartments. If given the choice of a house or a nice two bedroom apartment I'm for sure taking the apartment. Also Pencilhands and wizardMaster both make threads that are basically "I thought of something, what do you think?" which, for as dumb as it can be, also is a genuinely good content generator for the forum tbh.
