I'm not up to speed on my very basic biology but I don't think women drivers have blind spots larger than small children.
Looking forward to UK cars getting larger so automakers have more markets for stupidly large vehicles, even though they are totally unsuitable for 90% of UK roads/car parks.

One might imagine that the job of a health secretary would be, ultimately, to run and take responsibility for the NHS. The management of the NHS is done by NHS managers and they can be blamed instead of government for declining services. If only the NHS wasn't so wasteful.

I don't think it would, because direct questions don't get answers - it happens all the time in interviews. Direct, repeated, rephrased questions all get dodged.
Good in the sense of fleetingly amusing me personally rather than actually improving things. The entire concept of accountability through public questioning - including e.g. asking questions at the end of a Ben Shapiro talk - is fail because ultimately the people being scrutinized either half another chance to talk their rubbish or just dodge like you say.

The West Wing - in which a notable educational achievement of the administration was a pilot program to provide 100 additional teachers - is far too ambitious for the UK at the moment.
Presumably, what Moffat likes about the West Wing is how everyone is witty and Bartlett smacks down all comers with his towering rhetoric, especially slobs like Ritchie, and that the UK would be much better with people like that in Westminster and on Question Time.
While I do enjoy the West Wing as a TV drama, there is nothing aspirational about it and making it will affect nothing (unless it does casting like Star Trek: Voyager).

Where do DS9 and Strange New Worlds fit into this analysis
DS9 shifted for the most part away from exploration and the overall optimism of Star Trek by being set on a space station and, more significantly, by moving latterly through a multi-season war arc, finishing in 1999 (before US media went bananas). It is great, but it only borders Star Trek in the fundamental sense towards the end.
Voyager, which Ronald D. Moore had little to do with, was much more episodic and trekky in an exploratory sense, but not especially optimistic.

i googled whats the difference between labour and tories and apparently just recently Kier said one of the main things is that he wants to halve violence against women and girls.
Not get rid of it, explicitly halve it.
