The funniest bad Pacino performance was in The First Power (starring Lou Diamond Phillips) where Pacino tries to do a southern accent and it’s so loving bad you can’t even focus on the movie

I sure hope they go to the yoda planet in the new movies. Just endless yodas as far as the eye can see. Maybe even have Rey run a couple yodas over in her speeder bike on the way to the meeting with yoda-leadership (Jack Black and Lizzo)

Whoever recommended Boiling Point ITT, thank you. An absolutely astounding piece of filmmaking and the most accurate representation of how restaurants run I’ve even run into. Just stellar the entire 95 minute movie is a single shot. They shot the entire film 3x and took the best they got and printed it. It’s loving wild A loving plus and I’m genuinely impressed. Goddamn. Dream Scenario was not very good. The premise is amazing but the whole thing almost immediately devolves into a hamfisted metaphor for the consequences of unintended instant online celebrity and parasocial relationships but the movie itself just doesn’t do anything other than that. Hell, even Nick Cage seems kinda muted. Part of that is the timid/nebbish character he’s playing but the movie just isn’t all that interesting. Kinda disappointing considering it was an A24 flick. There were a couple funny-ish scenes but probably not worth your time. 2/10 sad nick cages reciting the alphabet in Vampire’s Kiss.

It was the blooper reel over the end credits of Pootie Tang Probably cliche but the first time I dropped acid in college I watched Akira and it blew my mind/still kinda fucks with my head on rewatches.
