I haven't read this thread so maybe this is super well known but on difficutly 5(?) and higher you can have "electronic countermeasures" as a modifier to a mission and cause your strategem inputs to pick something else at random, which if you're like my group and didn't know this was even a thing you're not paying attention and just throwing it anyway! https://streamable.com/wcby9e
