A lot of videogames are "products," but that is not always the case. Some other games that are art: Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Hyper Light Drifter Fallout 1 & 2 Duskers User Inyerface The Stanley Parable a good chunk of Control

Moreover, any statement "No items in [class A] are part of [class B]" is going to be wrong on its face, there will always be exceptions. Same with "All items in [class A] are part of [class B]." Especially with classes as flexible, nebulous, and debated as "art".

Have you considered Mount and Blade II? It's a bit of an alt hist but Bavaria is definitely in there.
