Honestly, despite being solidly middle-aged (40+), it's still the olds that befuddle me the most. If anything, it's getting worse.

Are wearables still a thing at all? I thought the hype cycle on them went away with 3D TVs and other dead-in-the-water attempts at forcing fads.
