The Hague
tryna get me
for these glutes

Well a big question came flying in quickly today to me. Books does anyone read them at the bar? I could loving just sit there and read the Bible while I'm having a light beer. I mean can we imagine any other good books that could be read at the bar? I mean loving books man what a way to pick up chicks at the bar just by pulling up a book. And reading that poo poo while un ceremoniously crunching peanuts and keeping your book furiously within your eyes sight. Never losing focus and nay losing your place in a page.

honestly who would read a book when they could play an immersive narrative experience that adapts to their choices like baldur's gate 3 at the bar?

I went to a giant furniture warehouse recently and it had a massive kids play place and bar in it. It was very bizarre watching a bunch of genx and and boomers walking around with wineglasses in a giant old sears building looking at couches. I should have brought a book.

Not at an ACTUAL bar, but I think about 3 times in the past few years I've brought a manga or comic to read at the bar seating section of a restaurant. My husband takes over an hour to eat his drat salad at brunch so I need some reading material.

Same, but in my case it's the plot of a jrpg instead.
