I've done work on everything from children's books to hardcore dragon dickings, all of which are labeled as illustrations, and there isn't any lie to that. I couldn't tell who bought what content if I looked through the history, either.

Why would you be required to moderate it? Its rare for these companies to even feel the pressure to moderate child porn let alone anything legal or remotely socially accepted. Tumblr has a whole weird culture built around tags and content warnings and nobody has ever moderated those, anyone who transgresses some user's personal interpretation of best practices is simply subject to getting screamed at a lot by anonymous teenagers with BPD
