unlike apple, google actually does have an effective monopoly in their main market (search ads) and they are also trying to use their dominant position in the browser space to chip away at ad blocking. controlling by far the biggest web search engine, advertising platform, and browser seems like a much bigger case for antitrust scrutiny than anything apple is doing. if android withers away and ios becomes the only big mobile platform option, then absolutely the situation would be different.
