 This is not going to be a comprehensive LP, I'm the guy who overlevels his favourite pokemon and smashes through every issue with brute force completely ignoring things like weaknesses and team composition. Grace on the other hand is a big loser who's played each game like a dozen times and cares about things like "natures" and some other thing I don't remember the name of. If any series could be called His Thing, it's pokemon (except the card game which was my thing because he hate's TCGs). He did a run where you can only catch one pokemon per gym badge, and also they had to all be shinies or something crazy like that. It was wild, and then he turns around and makes fun of me for playing Shadow Empire. It's nonsense We also had Grace get a Litten for us because Incineroar and Meowscarada are the perfect duo and it was apparently a run Grace was planning anyway. Penny is just living the life every kid wishes they could've had back in the Red/Blue days of having an entire team of Eeveelutions. Because for the longest time you could only get one Eevee per playthrough, so not only did you need someone else to trade you theirs, you needed a loving link cable to do so even in the rare event they did. Also, it's actually viable, because boy howdy did Gamefreak saddle most of them with dogshit movesets/stat spreads. She's just lucky she's in a Pokemon generation where a full squad of babbusses can be done.
