That Dynamite was loving incredible, I was a little worried when they followed the Moxley and Mercedes promos with the Willow attack angle but the whole match clicked into such a fun rhythm with Julia being a little poo poo and Willow showing up to beat the gently caress out of Brody and cannonball him. And then it was just hit after hit, not a bad segment in the bunch and Dynasty looks to be one of their best cards of all time. I said in the GDT but I'm really happy that Swerve nailed the go home segment. He's awesome and charismatic but his big flaw is that his live promos tend to meander unless he can find something that lets him lock in and hit flow. This time he immediately hit flow and never let it go. He's ready.

The thing about Dynamite last night was how packed it really was. Man, the pacing was on point. I was worried at first with the Copeland match starting with the Willow injury angle but Willow coming to the ring and cannonballing Brody was absolutely the right call, hype as gently caress, and it was cool to see Julia get the win. So much happened on the show. It really hit all the beats a go-home show should. I know technically Collision is the real last show before Dynasty, and that looks awesome too, but man, everything from Mercedes's little post-match bit to Danny Garcia keeping up with the Bucks and Okada to the Bucks interrupting the FTR video package to "the rarefied air of Jericho" to the wild ending...the entire show just had tons of great little impactful moments that flowed into the next. It just made me happy! Ospreay/Claudio 2 needs to happen and they need half an hour or more.

I set my VPN to the UK, opened up the Fite website, and was able to subscribe to AEW Plus, and it let me pay in dollars and everything. I don't think you need AEW Plus for the PPV rates but it does get you the non-commercial weekly shows. I can turn on ExpressVPN on my phone and buy the PPV bundle through the Triller app or watch that way, though weekly I have a Chromecast with Google TV and I have the VPN and Triller apps both installed there so it's a simple case of turning on the VPN and going to Triller to watch. So...get a VPN, set it to the UK, log into your existing Triller account, and the bundles and monthly sub options should just pop up, and you can pay using Google Pay or whatever stored payment method you have. Pretty easy.

Some other interesting notes from the WON Twitter include that the ROH/AEW Trios belts unification match was supposed to be announced earlier but some kind of injury prevented them from making it official since they wanted to make sure everyone was good to go, Carlos Cabrera was a Mansury suggestion because they really wanted to improve the Spanish commentary and presentation with the new CMLL partnership, and he hinted that making the library of past shows available in the US mostly hinges on the media rights (which he's optimistic about). He also said that if CM Punk was telling the truth about having to cover his own medical expenses, that's typically something the company takes care of and he will reimburse Punk if it's the case. Neat stuff.

I think you're able to access the PPV on Roku this way, because they're offering Dynasty through Triller in the US, so it'll just show up as a regular purchase. For weekly shows through AEW+ you'll either need a device that can use the VPN app like Fire TV, Chromecast, or Apple TV or a VPN-enabled router. Edit: Yeah, I just checked. I can understand wanting to see OC go up the card but I'm not sure I get the issue with the Best Friends split. Trent looked great just walloping people and it does have a few interesting moving parts with Chuck and Stat involved and possibly STP.

The PPVs will appear without the VPN active as the next few are available on Triller in the US. However, you have to be logged in to the VPN for the weeklies and AEW+ benefits to appear at all.

I feel so bad for Yuka, she clearly hurt her leg on the botch but it's amazing that she finished the match and that Emi immediately knew how to work the crowd up and do some simple spots to get the crowd wanting to see Yuka kill her. Abrupt ending due to the injury and yet the last sequence was very very good. I really hope Yuka isn't too badly hurt because even with everything surrounding that match she reminded everyone that she's so good. Next level good in a way many others on the roster wish they could be.
