Does non-Netflix produced stuff that they've bought streaming rights for ever come out on disc? I really want the Sailor Moon Eternal movies. I haven't even watched them because I don't particularly want to sign up for Netflix at this point.

The earlier seasons of shows like Orange is the New Black, Daredevil and Jessica Jones all got DVD and blu-ray releases here in NZ. Roma and Beasts of No Nation also got Criterion releases, so there's that.

Does anyone know if there's going to be a less fancy version of Thriller: A Cruel Picture? The VS thing I read today seemed to imply that there would be. Yeah I think you're right. I kind of don't care about that version anyway. Is it any better or worse? I'd love a version that's Thriller without the porn scenes but that doesn't exist apparently.

Watched Alien Private Eye tonight, and folks… it’s good. It’s so good. Like, laughing constantly throughout as the movie found new and interesting ways to be bizarre and goofy. A+, highly recommend for connoisseurs of b-movie schlock

 Behold, my stuff. When Eight Bells Toll doesn’t just feel like a grittier Bond ripoff, it’s also giving me Johnny Quest vibes. The underwater stuff looks far better than the never ending poo poo in Thunderball. Also the theme sounds more Bond than Bond.
