You guys are looking at the poster wrong. They're not running, they were all just told to stand on one foot in a snow field.

Patterson looks more like he is jogging at a slow pace to pickup some milk at a corner store which closes in 10 minutes. Is that how epic this battle will be? Will it be more important than RPat making it to the store to pick some milk and possibly a couple of smokes with time to spare? Answer me movie poster!

That poster incorporates both the Ranger (his mask) and Tonto (feathers). Here's promo pic, featuring the customary walking away from an explosion.

Do we know if Depp is actually going to be the focus of the film? Kind of a (original) Green Hornet take on it, where everyone is more interested in Kato than the title character. Maybe the Lone Ranger will just be this grinning do-gooder who only gets things done because Tonto is working his indian medicine behind the scenes. EDIT: Yeah, IMDB info basically makes it sound like the focus is more on Tonto.

Not a horrible poster if you ask me, aside from the Pepto Bismol color scheme Can't say the same for this one. Also, With a cast like that, this movie has some potential.I kind of like the poster too, but I wish they went all out with a handdrawn one instead of just running real photos through some filters.
