I'm starting to wonder if he actually wants to end the cycle as much as the heroes. I mean, he's been stabbed to "death" 99 time so far, and either he's unable to feel the passage of time while he's sealed and this is all happening more or less at once to him, or he is and he's spent millennia unable to do anything with only tiny gaps; just long enough to develop a longing for not being sealed in a stone somewhere.

I'll admit I'm being weird about this because a lot of the businesses around here seem to use larger postcards for their advertising (I guess some publisher or tech school has a huge stockpile of these larger cards), which has skewed my perception of what a postcard is typically sized as.
