I know in LI4, you'd go to the messages "widget" and modfiy what it opens there. But mine just works.

Not sure if this is a jailbreak problem but my Yahoo push emails aren't coming through. It was fine on 6.0.1 tethered iphone 4

And judging by how long the script is taking to run, I guess those sleep loops really are important. The script hung indefinitely for me and ended up trashing my ability to sync apps with iTunes. Manually entering the commands through SSH (ignoring the while loops) fixed everything.

Running into a problem installing a package. I did a restore to 6.1 then jailbroke, normal method and everything. Everything I've tried to install so far works fine, except for AutoProtect for iOs 6. When I try to install via Cydia I get an error during the script part of installation, and if I try to install the .deb manually via ssh I get the following. Google yields nothing related to iOS, but it does seem to find a lot of people trying to make .debs incorrectly. Does this magically work on other people's phones or is everyone using a different version of Autoprotect than me? It works just fine when I recreate the .deb with the correct folder structure. Any must-have apps/tweaks for wifi-only iPads? Specifically for someone who is not interested in themes and stuff? Seems like all the recommended lists are really for iPhones. I jailbreaked for XBMC. I put flux on there to try out and I'll probably put on some sort of file manager (iFiles?). Any other utilities?

Anyone figure out how to have the time show up while using LockInfo 5? There used to be a way to have it show on the older versions, but I can't figure it out on this one.

I still have unlimited from my 3GS days and I might tether once every 3 months. My typical data usage is between 300 and 400 MB/month, so when I tether I might hit 1.0 - 1.3 GB in that month depending on the circumstances.

Netflix + Chrome + Splashtop + IMO + Wireless Mouse gives me a touch-enabled gaming rig in a trendy tablet format. I'm the biggest fan! iOS is nice and I can see where Apple was going with it but one app at a time is pretty stupid at the end of the day. Quasar doesn't work on iOS 6, however. It also costs money. Also because of how (poorly) iOS manages memory based on keeping one app open at a time you might not be able to run more than two or three things on older iPads. Also it hasn't been updated since mid-2012. To most people it just won't be worth it. Evaluate how strongly you feel about multi-tasking before you drop 10$ on it.

Pretty much had a perfect jailbreak. Installed a few subtle tweaks here and there but didn't deviate from the norm. I am looking for one tweak though; if anyone is familiar with Airdroid, would there be a Similair service for a jailbroken iOS device? I'm not looking for total management of my phone over Wifi, but just the ability to text comfortably from the computer.

I'm using both NCSettings and SBsettings to turn my 3g on and off. Neither of them are working. Is this a known issue? I mean, I open both settings and switch 3g on/off but nothing happens. In my Settings, the 3g / data never changes using either of these apps.

This thread is moving too fast for me to keep up, so I apologize if this has been asked and answered already- is it worth it for me to JB my iPad 4 now? Other than SBSettings and Autoprotect, are there any must-have JB tweaks for the iPad? Note: I'm no stranger to the JB scene as I've JB'd my old iPod touch and iPhone 4 several times over.

So I ran jailbreak on my iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1) and now my Belkin Tunecast Auto doesn't seem to work properly with it anymore. I plug my phone into the 30-pin adaptor and I can play a song for about 30 seconds through the FM broadcaster then it'll just stop playing. On top of that, it wont broadcast afterwards and will just play the song through my phone's speaker unless I unplug and plug it back in. Anyone else run into this?

Try going into settings and turning it off, setting the brightness manually, then turning it back on. It seemed to fix it for me.
