I wish I got a better photo of this. Troop carriers are awesome. I'm especially fond of them because the daycare center I went too used one as a bus which was then used as a transport for my scout group. So I knew this car for more than ten years. I wonder what happened to it.

tobu posted:Troop carriers are awesome. You can still buy them brand new in some markets. Kinda pricey though: (roughly 45,000GBP) Also even with the single turbo version of the V8 they're hilariously overpowered for the chassis which is live axles front and rear with tiny brakes. They did recently update the interior to include a driver AND passenger front airbag though, so there are some concession to safety.

Gotta love that low-effort front plate mounting on the Agera. Some company in Louisiana is going to start building these tricycles. 9.6 seconds 0-60 claimed, needs a Hayabusa swap or something. Craptacular fucked around with this message at 17:52 on Apr 14, 2013 |

That took me a few seconds to even figure out. First I'm thinking "what's int he valley? Where are the rods?" Then I see NUTS at the ends of the head bolts/studs......then I see the distributor and I realize it's overhead cam. But it sure as hell doesn't look like it's supposed to be overhead cam. What in the hell is going on there and what is that thing? Other than awesome.
