Yeah it's Barbagallo, 2 weeks ago during the V8 Supercars round. Pretty good racing, interesting to see the Nissans and Mercs joining the grid this year. The AMGs can be identified by the sound alone, they've got an awesome throaty roar.

Working at AMG must be awesome.

AMG boss: So, there's a new E-class coming out soon. Any ideas?
All of AMG: PUT A V8 IN IT!
AMG boss: Bold move, but we can try. Any other ideas?
All of AMG: MORE NOISE! MORE POWAAAH!
AMG boss: Got it, let's see what we can do.

I imagine at AMG if you don't enter the parking lot completely sideways with the engine banging off the limiter turning tires to smoke every single morning you get written up for insubordination.

The office manager replaces your rear tires with fresh ones while you work.

That auction was put up by my mate Lee, I'm amazed it's got as far spread across the internets as it has. It's worked though, it's had some ridiculous amount of views.

I saw this and kind of blacked out for a minute. I think I have to own one of these. It's beautiful. Is there anymore info about it? As far as I can tell its a '72 Bonneville.

'70s Pontiacs are so weird and rare compared to their contemporary GM brethren.

Good call. As a Grand Prix owner I should have known that. I stumbled upon a neat bit of trivia looking at those cars. I thought that Hurst had an exclusive thing going with Oldsmobile and the old 442's. Turns out Pontiac got the same treatment. Long forgotten special edition cars are awesome.

I'm curious about the clamps on the Noble wing. The two things I remember most about the Noble M500 I drove and messed around with were "holy poo poo power" and the factory wheels weighing a loving ton.

In celebration of your wagon here is a E30 wagon that I wish I could buy.

I was at my bike shop and right next door is a performance car shop. I think maybe the edge came delaminated and was being repaired. There's generally always some crazy poo poo at that place. First Noble I've ever seen in real life.

If you see him again you should tell him to think about importing a JDM model. I bet most of the parts translate right over and there's so many JDM import shops in Quebec that I'm sure one of them would find and bring over a half cut.

As a former camaro owner, it's because you never stop working on them.

And you can only get the wrong parts at VatoZone so many times before you just give up and shop at the camaro store, because the crazy old man behind the counter knows exactly what you need, and where to find it.
