I will from now on be frapsing SSR in game events. and I have an unimpeachable way of date and time stamping the video captures. So the eveidience will be gathered. It may be fun and games to you but as of now I mean to piss in your cheerio's.

I'm a old, experienced sneaky coniving out right bastard when I want to be.. And you have ****ed with me and mine far too many times. I'm not even worried about some sort of moral high ground. Fair play? Piss on that. Fair play is for competitive games. This isn't going to be a game.. It's going to be social warfare, and I mean to **** You Up. You may find out just how bad an idea it is to be the face man for your little group of social misfits.

If your thinking of calling my bluff, don't. I'm a phenominally shiity card player, and really can't bluff worth a damd. So I don't even try.

Here are the terms and conditions

Leave people to enjoy the game the way they want to... You want to come to a SSR dance party then come.. dance with your friends. DO NOT harrass the DJ's in game avatar... DO NOT harass the other participants. Make a public apology and statement that you will cease and desist on the forums to the other players of STO, and specificly to the crew over at GRN Media and Subspace Radio. And keep your frick'n word.

All I need to do is file a complaint, and attend a court hearing with eveidence, which I know I will have. the Judge will send an order over to Cryptic requiring them to provide your user information.
You will go up on charges because California considers on line harrassment in any social media or MMO a criminal act. You want to raise the escalate? Please, please do. I'd simply love to not only make an example of you, but force a game company to disclose under court order. oh.. and in the long run, it wouldn't cost me a penny. All costs would be recovered from Cryptic. They will bend over backwards to cooperate. They will not act to defend or protect you or your information in any way shape or form.

I know what those words mean, but not in the way he's using them (and 5 gigs is pathetically small). We all know just how little data 5 GB is these days, and the fact that that data is stored on a RAID is irrelevant. I guess the stack, which wouldn't really be a physical thing he could have in front of him, is just the video he took of you? I don't even know.

But he sure is going to take his 5 whole gigs of data down to the courthouse in California and file a complaint against you. With his "electronic right lawyer" friend. :allears:

Though out of morbid curiosity, I do kind of wonder if the notoriously stupid California legal system actually does have laws for being harassed in an MMO.

Yeah I reported it for harassment and threatening language. Normally STO's customer service rarely takes action on anything, but they do occasionally make exceptions for threats.

This guy also claims that his nearly nude "orion slave girl" toon is a tribute to his mom and all the women in his life. He pays tribute to them by ERPing and dancing seductively on a virtual bar in a game.

STO is F2P, indeed. There is a summer event going on now, so if you get your toon up to level 10, rush over to the event and get as many disco balls as possible before it ends in August.

I don't believe I can adequately describe the ocean of pubbie tears we drink from in this game with so little effort. This is truly an amazing game to troll in, and I can't recommend it highly enough. STO had a troubled start, but it has grown into something truly glorious. Also, there's jetpacks, flamethrowers, and Romulans now.

Yeah, they were nerfed a bit. The popper still works, but it roots your toon while the popper is active and the balloon disappears after a short time so it doesn't cause lag.
