I think the worst kickstarter has to be for CultRL. The guy kickstarted his roguelike a year or so ago, received $34,000 or so. I don't think he delivered his backer rewards, disappeared for months at a time regularly, didn't really make much progress beyond what he had before the kickstarter and finally he basically posted 'Yeah I don't feel like working on this all the time anymore so I'm not going to' Assuming it wasn't a scam it might as well have been judging by his careless attitude towards having taken in that much money, didn't seem to have any sense of obligation at all
