The wheel options for PC are amazing and almost unlimited, but if you want to race for a long time and with lots of different cars then yes, switching to PC is a completely valid option.

The wheel options for PC are gigantic. You have a lot to choose from. And Project CARS is the racing sim to get right now. It easily matches Forza 5.

I wouldn't say it matches Forza 5. pCARS definitely will be a great sim, but it will never have the sheer number of cars that Forza does. Unless they continue courting manufacturers I suppose. It just seems like in the time period they want to release this game in, it's not possible to have a broad selection anywhere near the size that console games can get. I think CARS is going to end up being more like iRacing in that it will be more spec racing. Whereas Forza is a "pick a car you like and build it up" kind of game.

I meant for graphics, but yeah Forza 5 still does a lot that Project CARS will never be able to do. Some of the features in FM5 are things only Polyphony Digital would be able to match if they wanted to, given another 10 years to do it.

Amazon is offering a Day 1 XBone + free Forza 5 bundle online in Europe. My finger is hovering over the pre-order button and I'm not sure what to do  Edit: That deal is in all stores across Europe actually. You get a choice of Forza or FIFA 14 with a Day 1 Edition. Kick rear end! This month's Monthly Rivals events really suck :/ e: How to drive a Sesto Elemento in the Drag and Autocross events. Because some people don't know how  1: Buy a Sesto Elemento  x a lot  2: Put a RWD Conversion on it.  3: MORE POWER!  I added Race Intake, Race Exhaust, Race PistonsThat's it. I know the events say STOCK ONLY but for some reason it will still let you pick the car. It should show up as R3 740 in your garage, but on the leaderboard it will show as R3 741. Given that some cars in Forza 4 look like dogshit due to not being updated since Forza 2 (the 22b is a prime example) and how Turn 10 has said that a lot of things were cut due to time restraints to make F5 a launch title, I'd say that there is a really good chance that there will be a good number of cars dropped.

Every car they've scanned since 3 has had detail removed from the original model to put in the game. You can tell from Autovista in 4. The cars in there are much higher quality than what is in the game. I don''t know if all cars were scanned to that detail (as in, modeling every surface) but they were all recorded in great detail and then toned down. So anything that's been newly designed for 4 is able to be made in higher quality for 5.

Yeah i'm not expecting FM5 to be able to match the car list in FM4. That car list is pretty incredible and easily beats any car list of any other racing game out there. FM6 will probably have a better car list. Remember, for FM5, every car is in Autovista. So we know for a fact there are no low quality models in that game. Is there still an active inviter for AUGR? I'm messing around a bit in FM4 while waiting for FM5/GT6 and wouldn't mind getting into a few races again in the meantime. I just finally dropped LLJK today. It felt wrong.  Also, has there been any word as to if the Kinect will be required for anything in FM5?

Take it with a grain of salt at the miniute but Amazon France's updated description of FM5 includes 120 new cars to the series and 24 Player Online Grids. Turn 10 doing all the fan requests? Be still my beating heart

Realy wish they would remodel my car (sw20 mr2), the interior is spot on but the exterior looks so bad. Also maybe this time they can use a hardtop instead of the creaky less rigid t-bar version. It was a bit annoying that they left out the toms version in fm4 because that version was much better model wise.
