http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/overnight-apple-butter-10000000701039/ Here's a slowcooker apple butter recipe. Apples are pretty sugartastic and then you add a bunch of brown sugar and poo poo on top of that, so eat it sparingly. But man, hot homemade spiced apple butter is ambrosia.

I'm such a fat fatty, the food I most look forward to and can eat three servings of and still crave more is like a pasta bake with tomato sauce and tons of cheese. Really bland boring comfort food but I will eat it till I'm ill.
