I thought Allison Brie was supposed to be on the Community episode. Not that I'm complaining much, Danny Pudi is hilarious. And good God, Thursday is going to be a good show.

My favorite thing about this show, even more than the jokes, is that it is a wonderful platform for lesser known comedians to get more exposure. So many of favorite people, of whom most people have never heard, get a chance to showcase their jokes in perhaps a more palatable way to some people than a yet another stand-up showcase. They're funny but it remains to be seen if their humor translates well to this show. Grace Helbig is most likely the best of the 3 at the game because she's the quickest and the most acerbic. Mamrie has a background in sketch comedy (she used to write and perform at the UCB in NY) though, and they do a sketch show together called #NoFilter that started at the NerdMelt. Hannah Hart, as much as I love her, is the one I'm kinda worried about because she might be too nice for the show.

They all go on these dumb press tours when their movies are coming out. Usually it's 6 hours of sitting in a room while new idiots come in every fifteen minutes and ask the most banal, obvious questions for their dumb local tv station shows. It seems like a pretty easy deal to get some interns from Comedy Central to go in there and ask them to just do this silly little thing. They probably appreciate the break in the monotony.
