My bookshelves. I have more in boxes in storage back in the states. The painting in the middle is a commission of Mr.Kitty and I in space. It rocks. E: Can you find the beluga cum in this picture??

You guys are making me jealous with all your books. I've moved countries twice and thus had to purge my library twice. It was the most painful part of moving, way worse even than finding homes for my art. I'm collecting them again of course but I mourn for my lost libraries.

I'm going to get up and pee and maybe start drinking because 2am is not morning time but my body thinks it is. I've had a full 8 hrs sleep though so this is the best I've felt in weeks. It is 4 1/2 more hours til sunup and a lil under 3 hours til mcdonalds hashbrowns.

I cannot wait until I can JUST STOP MOVING. (Homes, I mean, not me.) I need my art and my books in the same place. I have never had to find new homes for my (our) art. I couldn't. So much of it is original and amazing. The very thought makes me sad.

First up, Mr.Kitty and I. This was a 10th Anniversary present from us to us. I freaking LOVE it and I'm so glad we did it. (Yes that tattoo is real. The artist did it with photos and had never seen a Wii controller held, hence the backwards controller. ) Next is a pen and ink by a dear friend. Diana's work is amazing and so diverse. This pic does it NO justice. I also have one of her art dolls, a delightfully creepy piglet. Here's her website. http://www.woebegoneart.com/about.html I have scattered original (by me) watercolors everywhere. Most of them are boobs (mine.) This is not boobies. Mr.K loves space. LOTS. And these are prints of Cape Canaveral during the Mercury/Gemini/Apollo missions. NASA did a REALLY thorough job of documenting the space program. These were done in the late 60's by Peter Hurd (top) and James Wyeth (Andrew's son.) The "Eyewitness to Space" Program was amazing. I have more, But I need to eat. It makes me happy to share, though. Art makes me smile.

Further proof (as if it was needed) that I have a broken brain I do not enjoy fiction for the most part and I feel like I am dumb/missing out when people discuss their favorite books 95% of what I have is nonfiction, and the majority of that is either books about psychiatry/psychology or autobiographies. The last thing I read was A Scanner Darkly and it was good. The 2 things before that were the first two out of three books that the movie The Conjuring was based on. Good lord that woman needed an editor, so much superfluous stuff. But genuinely terrifying if you are able to suspend disbelief that those things could possibly occur.
