What ever happened to Quinton Patton. I know he hurt his foot but how is he going to mix in. It seems like the niners have a bunch of wide relievers, although I think Lloyd is gone by the first cut.

He's a possible start of the future, depth for now (along with any WR they draft today or tomorrow). The position's going to thin out next year. Lloyd's definitely gone.

An interview with John Schneider said that there were 5 or so teams interested in the 32nd pick but only the Vikings made the commitment. So if the Texans really wanted Teddy they weren't too serious about it. Schneider also thinks the guy they want can be gotten at 40 and it wasn't necessary to pick at 32.
