I'd like a WW1 shooter to be entirely about a crazy group of French guys who get outrageous drunk and drive an armored truck or some sort of tank-like thing around every major battle field for awhile, shooting at guys and singing uproarious patriotic French songs, and instead of a health meter you have a wine bottle which steadily goes down, so you tend to target officers on the battlefield and hold them up for booze before roaring off again. It all ends with you guys taking over a winery and defending it from wave upon wave of German soldiers, until there's a great big "last showdown" finale as the entire ware machine surges in to destroy a single winery, all while a voices sing La Marseillaise in voices that grow louder than the guns and the bombs and the tanks and the last shot of it all is a wine glass shattering on the floor
