This isn't my field, but I think you have that backwards - Erasable vs Electronically Erasable. Both are erasable, just the possible methods to do so differ.

Rolled up on this dude at a stop light on my way home from work, I'm not much of a jag fan but I love when old cars get driven.

Gotta love the body panels that look like they'd been beaten with a hammer (which I guess makes since because it's hand formed aluminum).

Sounded totally mellow when he pulled away.

It's a love affair. Mainly jebus, and my racecar.

I still think you should take it as a narrow escape. If you want an Integrale, buy an Integrale, not a basic Delta!

This is I fact true but it was the body shape that have me the hard on. And I paid peanuts.... In parts now which is sad.

You don't need style when you've got strength!

Headed out to lunch an hour or two ago and spotted something as I was walking down the street. Fiat 500 with Nurburgring sticker, harnesses, race type buckets, helmet on the floor where the back seats should be and two stop watches on the passenger dash.

As I was walking away the owner walked up and flagged me down. Started it up for me and gave it a few revs. Best lunch break in a while. My German is garbage but I'm pretty sure he said something along the lines of race suspension, race engine, scary.

I'll be doing a large photo dump once my trip is over.

Living in London rules if you like classics. Went for a 2 mile drive and spotted both of these today. An XK150 the other day, a daily commute slantnose 911 every day last week. Don't even bat an eye at a MP4-12C any more, they're everywhere.

E: it's ridiculous. On my road:

(not a kit)

at the local IKEA:

Cruising around on a Monday afternoon in Acton of all places:

Often parked outside the local Sainsburys:

Round the corner from me (along with an Ariel Atom that lives under a tarp):

and then just generally great stuff like this:

And these aren't even the nice parts of town.

Wasn't to diminish your post, agree with you entirely! Out of interest, where did you see that? Generally speaking you don't tend to see stuff big American like that in London, more often than not it's other cities/towns further north (broadly speaking).

It depends a lot on exactly what kind of American metal you're talking about, though, doesn't it? That white Trans Am would seem right at home in South Yorkshire.

Yes, it is the ft-1 which is apparently going to be the basis for the supra.
That one though only had an electric motor to move it to the trailer. Still cool though

My wife got mad at me when I showed her Project Binky. The fact that they started with such a rusted out car and made so much extra work made her really angry. She made it very clear that I was not to start such a massive undertaking myself at least not until the kid grows up. Decided not to show her Kev's Thames van.

What are the traffic laws in South Korea like? That was some extremely reckless and dangerous driving.

Can tow trucks just run lights and drive in oncoming lanes?

Traffic laws are suggestions, more than laws.

Can tow trucks run lights and drive in oncoming lanes? Yes. Are they supposed to? No. If you honk your horn, and flash your lights, you can pretty much do whatever you want unless you get caught.

Never, NEVER tell a Korean taxi driver to hurry up if you value your life. Scariest car ride I've ever experienced.
