IDK, macaroni and cheese without cheese is pretty dumb. It wouldn't be macaroni and cheese anymore. It'd me macaroni and something else. Plus "It's unnatural for humans to consume milk/cheese." I mean really?

I mean I love milk and cheese but that doesn't change the fact it's pretty unnatural for adult humans to be drinking stuff meant for infant cows. There's a reason humans have a natural lactose intolerance that was done away with by just generations of exposure to lactose as an adult(also why certain ethnic groups that traditionally didn't have dairy products as part of their cuisine still tend to have high levels of lactose intolerance)

Humans will eat literally anything. One guy ate an entire loving plane!quote:He limited his metal intake to about one kilogram per day. So each of the 18 bicycles he consumed required multiple sittings. It took him two years to eat the airplane. Lotito also ate 15 shopping carts, seven television sets, six chandeliers, two beds, a coffin and a small section of the Eiffel Tower. At that point he was just rubbing it in, no? Oddly enough, he had trouble eating and digesting bananas and hard-boiled eggs. So, score one for the rest of us. let's see what your facebook friends think about damning evidence like that

All through my entire highschool, all four loving years, they basically tell you that you'll always be worthless scum and stupid if you don't go to college, get six figures of debt and become a lawyer, neurosurgeon, etc and if you don't go to college you might as well put a gun in your mouth because you'll work at McDonalds forever.

Yeah, luckily I figured out college wasn't for me at the time after only wasting county money on dual enrollment, and about 1800 out of pocket. Like I said, I wish they had talked more about trades and vo-tech schools, cause that's what I ended up going into earlier this year. They don't cost nearly as much, you learn great skills, and mine even gives you some college credits to a specific degree. Plus you can make pretty good careers out of most of the courses, or at least use them as a jumping off point without accruing massive debt. This actually reminds of a thread relevant story. I didn't get any pics of the debate, but a friend of mine posted something about minimum wage stuff, and que crotechy old guy coming in and whining about kids these days. Anyways, I post something about how even with the best of schedules, it's still barely possible to make it by while going to college on one job, let alone trying to work two jobs, and fit in classes and stuff. So this guy proceeds to tell us about working two full time jobs while still going to high school. Two 40 hour a week jobs while going full time to high school. Yeah, so I point there's really not enough hours in the week for that to really be true and he just explodes about how I'm calling him a liar. Well buddy, ya kinda are...

Didn't expect to see that chick-fil-a/Obama thing here I live near that HS and the issue is slightly more complicated than the headline implies. CFA is a sponsor for the school's sports teams/extracurriculars and the sales of their stuff in the cafeteria directly fund things like special ed field trips, etc. Of course, this being South Carolina, where we have "fried chicken Thursdays" in schools, people are losing their minds (for the wrong reasons).

Ironically, life satisfaction typically increases with age. Most surveys show people happiest after age 50. If you don't have a debilitating health issue, you generally don't feel that much older after a certain point. I've got a 87 year old grandmother who, up until a few years ago insisted she didn't feel older than 50. Now she's half blind, deaf, and in a nursing home - so she's feeling pretty loving old these days.

Better post about it on Facebook!) and not actual systemic candidiasis (your immune system is so hosed due to AIDS, chemo, etc. that this minor pathogen overwhelms it, you are horribly ill). Also this is atrocious. Vitamin B17 is amygdalin (laetrile), which WAS tested as a cancer treatment. Didn't help anybody with their cancer, but sure did give a bunch of people cyanide poisoning! Made famous when Steve McQueen went to Mexico to cure his cancer with laetrile and vitamins. Didn't work. Dogfish has a new favorite as of 05:42 on Jul 20, 2014 |
