There are a very large number of people who use iPhones and such like they used to use computers. They don't use apps (at least not many) and browse the web to get to the sites they use.

This was just one other hurdle holding Windows Phone back as part of an "App Gap" or at least an "Experience Gap". Hopefully it works as described.
