I wonder how Soviet-era things are seen in modern Russia? Like, is putting CCCP on your truck like painting a confederate flag on your car in the USA?

Putting CCCP on your car is trumpeting that you're either an ignorant toolbag or an old codger pining for the good old days. Select which based on age.

In my search for a new Keith Moon avatar I found this: Story is some local teenagers were oogling over it so Keith threw them the keys and let them take it for a spin. After a few hours when they didn't come back he went looking for them and found it in a ditch

I went to the Geneva Concours d'Elegance yesterday and saw a lot of cool old cars. I was partial to the Italian showing: There were a bunch of cars with a whole lotta Vs: This was my favorite for the day. The Cord Phaeton: There's more on the album... not the best quality though. http://imgur.com/a/SKekZ

A couple of friends and I have a thing where if we see each other on the road, instead of waving hello we give the other person a death stare and shake our fists at each other like "Oh man if I didn't have to be somewhere I'd stop and beat you!". I don't know when it started or why.

I don't think wheel to wheel racing is very smart either, that doesn't mean it's not fun or you shouldn't do it.

A mailman in Norway bought a Lambo Gallardo, nope, not a lottery winner or anything like that. He saved up some money and took a mortgage on his house to afford it. Next to the Lambo is his work... cart/truck thingy.
