Sure, maybe he finds it and deletes it later, but by that time it could have propagated through to any of the other devices that happen to be plugged into his iCloud account (the hackers, the 4Chaners). These hackers could have hundreds of virtual machines setup just to sync with celebrities' Photo Streams to download all their pictures the moment they take them.
