You have to claim it from the c-store first. Also the ship upgrades are (mostly) live on Tribble. Recluse gets a third tac slot, JHEC gets a fifth tac slot, Risian Liner gets fourth tac slot...

Both Tal'Shiar ships get a fourth science slot, it looks. Also to stave off some other questions, pretty much every escort with four tac slots looks like it's getting a fifth tac slot. S'golth, temporal destroyer, veteran ships, etc. Other ships seem a bit more varied, but usually it's kicking their primary console to five slots unless they're at that already.

Is it possible to put in a support ticket for in-game email screwups ? I mailed a ship box to someone who accidentally hit the spam button on it, and POOF it went  . You'd think they would put in safeguards for poo poo like this but I'm guessing in-game mail isn't exactly high on their list of stuff to work on.

It was a Mirror Ha'feh, he is klankrom, I'm Fed, and for a few minutes I somehow totally forgot that Drozana exists. So I popped over to K-7 and threw it into a mail message  . Oh well, poo poo happens.E: I have to wonder exactly how much poo poo the mail system has eaten over the years. There's probably a pocket universe somewhere that's full of lock boxes and random stuff, just floating in space. And every so often, something else gets added to the pile. Yeah I don't know what MMOs you folks have been playing where you expect instant GM responses but you shouldn't expect a non-billing related ticket to give you a result any sooner than 48-72 hours assuming those are across business days.

I mailed some fleet modules to a friend the other month and they never showed up. GM help was less than useless for both of us. Highlights include: Telling us where the mail button is. Telling us to open the mail and remove the items from it. Telling us that no mail was sent. Telling us it's not an issue.
