Generally I'd consider anything born in America, Canada, or England and not claiming any other descent (proper descent, i.e. Yokozuna) as non-ethnic. They're never going to say "The Spanish Diva Layla". I'd consider Justin Gabriel to show a lot more ethnicity than say the Bellas or Sandow. Justin Gabriel was actually a pretty good example for what WWE could do (at least tried to do for a week) by showcasing where their talent comes from without making it into a stereotype gimmick.

He still looked kinda skinny compared to Andre, but put them together in a picture and they looked like two regular dudes, one decently buff and one muscly and heavyset. Until you put someone else in the picture and realise they are actual giants.
