Hunh. Yeah, I was waiting for LR to get cheaper before I bought it, but if it comes out soon it might happen pretty quickly because Thanksgiving and Christmas Steam sales .

I mean I've played all of them already, but I like them enough to play them again on my PC. The only one I don't think is really any fun overall is probably 13-2 and even that has some fun stuff in it.

If you intentionally do a low-level run (i.e., still fight but don't level up unless you feel you have to) it's really fun. Fixes the problems with balance.

It wasn't even all that long ago that I played 13 and 13-2 (still need to get through LR, still) and I'd play through them again on steam without hesitation. I'm part of the problem.

Instead of final fantasy 1, what we really want is a full remake of final fantasy 5 in full 3D, for the aptly named 3DS. Who actually likes the first game anyway.

That's a preorder bonus for FF Explorers, by the way. They also announced a free prologue download for Explorers that will contain the beginning of the game, including online multiplayer.

I wasn't much of a fan of FF XIII but unless it's a terrible port I'll probably end up picking that trilogy up. Maybe following Square's example, other Japanese companies will also realize what kind of suckers Steam users are and how quickly we're going to shove our money at shiny things, especially shiny things in bundles. Also two more days for Curtain Call

Pulled a big 180 on my opinion of Curtain Call. Unless I'm mistaken and there is ultimately more than one EMS per game, these developers hosed up bigtime by not including What Can I Do For You. I'm so angry

I've a question about Theatrhytm, or however you spell it (the second one, although I suppose the answer would be the same for the first one): are the music track at all arranged, or are they the original, OST versions?

I'll pick up 13 when it comes on Steam because I've never played it before. I've played and beaten several legitimately horrible games before; I'm sure I can survive 13 and the 13 trilogy with no problem.
