bowser posted:Question: Which two guests/characters that have never shared an episode would you like to see (hear) together? I'll go with the obvious: Geno and Traci Reardon. Pamela Murphy and Andy Daly doing Bridgette Murphy and Patrick McMahon. Seriously Pamela was fantastic on the CBB where she was the woman who swam across the English Channel but was constantly hung up on her awful boyfriend. "His friend's name is Pipe...Collado."

Usually I only like Pamela Murphy on I4H, but I have to say I loved this character. Probably because Scott loved it so much, and instantly pushed her into weirder and weirder ground. I never watched the State, so I don't know Kevin Allison, but he certainly sounds like a less annoying, more gay Pete Holmes.

Pamela was one of my favorite guests in a while, because you could FEEL her taking the ball and running with it, then being surprised where she ended up, then going with it again.

Guy who hates repetition here! I have only just finished listening to the Joe Lo Truglio/Beth Dover episode (311). I didn't realise there was a new episode - I just thought you guys were just talking about how repetitive Scott was in that one. (He did the "comedy b-bing bang" stuttering bit a LOT, and he really leaned on his hilary-us misprownuncing words gimmick.) The idea that it gets MORE annoying almost makes me not want to listen to the new ep...But on the other hand, I kinda like Andy Samberg and I really like Lauren Lapkus, sooo... As someone who could have easily sung the Hollywood Facts theme from memory before listening to the newest episode, I didn't get a lot out of this one. But seriously, laughed a lot.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I even liked that song and they RUINED it so completely. I had to listen to the whole thing hunched over my ipod with a trembling thumb poised over the fastforward button and eyes wide so I could see the time mark to know to skip twenty seconds. Goddamn it, I hate repetition so much. First half or two thirds: C grade. (I liked Todd. Andy was kinda boring, though he got into it by the time the lawyer came in.) Last third or so: F. Cancel the podcast.

It's the Hollywood Facts and we're going downtown. We're going to Inglewood now. You gotta do your facts and know your stars. There's glitz and glamour and lots of bars. Get a drink, in a club. Then go walk in front of the Chinese theatre. Hollywood Facts. Take out your diiiiiiick. Check out the facts, it's the Hollywood Facts. Bro.

You're all terrible people. Also, you missed the "Nice" and the really annoying intro that is, in itself, repetitive. The "lots of bars" part annoys me every time because for some weird reason my brain expects it to go "glitz and glamour and fancy cars" or something else with cars. I don't even know why.

I liked when someone said "nice" and that kicked them into it, and also the time when you could hear Andy say "nooooo" quietly in the background when it kicked in.

When is Lapkus getting her own Earwolf show already, she's the best. Anyone who doesn't like this episode probably hasn't been listening since the original Hollywood Facts recording thus not able to appreciate what an amazing callback it was and you aren't a REAL FAN like people who liked it.
