In Lincoln Steven Spielberg teaches you that it is possible to make a movie where no matter how horribly boring and lacking in entertainment value somehow rotten tomatoes will still give it 90% because its by Spielberg, has Daniel Day Lewis in it, and it's about an iconic American President. It's the most boring piece of trash you will ever watch. I was not even sure it was possible to make something as boring as this even with only C-list actors let alone DDL. It is a bunch of boring political narratives one after another with no high points whatsoever. It is a movie where if you were in elementary school in History class and the teacher put it on as a "movie day" the entire class would be begging the teacher to turn it off and let them read six chapters of their textbooks instead. ----------------

At the end of Game of Thrones lots of people die, but everything stays pretty much the same with new people to fight over the thrones. Ice monsters and dragons do some stuff, but just like the rest of the series they really don't have much influence on anything. Also, leading up to the end main characters are killed off so that less interesting characters are introduced.

If you see In The Electric Mist on NetFlix and think that Tommy Lee Jones and John Goodman wouldn't both sign on to be in an incomprehensible, boring rear end shell of a movie that was basically Bad Lieutenant with everything interesting in it stripped out you will turn out, in the end, to be wrong.

In Magic Magic you will never ever find out what is causing all the weirdness, why Juno Temple has been abruptly shipped off to her cousin's house or anything at all. Even if you watch the full credits with the assumption that there must be a cutscene that explains at least something. This leaves you with a film in which a group of selfish young adults whine and attention seek for the full running time, without even a horrible murder for light relief. Like reading a 20 year old's facebook page really.
