treating the window as a single unit w/out a separate title bar is a good thing they need to do w/ the entire os, not just zune/vs/office.

remember when windows vista had transparent windows and they were panned for being ugly and pointless and then microsoft finally gave up on it 2 versions later and then apple made yosemite with window glass and got it right the first time
