rear end Creed Unity apparently has massive frame rate dips and poor pop-in issues, there's a bunch of guys who have the game already. It runs under 30 frames per second a lot more often than it runs at 30 itself. You can take two steps backwards and forwards and watch NPC models' detail levels pop in and out from just metres away. These problems are on both consoles and the PC version. I think Ubisoft will probably get savaged on the performance front.
