There isn't going to be extra time in any of the matches except for the final and CONMEBOL asked FIFA permission to make 4 substitutions per team but only in case the final goes to extra time. It's going to be a cold Copa America, considering it's winter in Chile during that time of the year so I don't know why they are asking for 4 subs.

So Cruzeiro won the Brasileirao for the second time in a row, but lost the copa do Brasil tonight to Atletico. For all of Cruzeiro's dominance in Brasileirao, they haven't beaten Atletico the last 8 times they've tried (and the last win was against Atletico's reserves 4 days after the libertadores title last year).

The chilean league is down to it's final game, and it's going to go out with a bang. The race to the title is a three way tie between Colo-Colo, Universidad de chile and Santiago Wanderers.  So on the last day Universidad de chile play Unión La Calera and Colo-colo play Santiago Wanderers. If colo-colo and La U both win they will have a play off game at el estadio nacional to decide the winner.

Libertadores drawing tonight. Lot's of big name clubs made it, including 4 of the last 5 Brazilian clubs to win it. They've made it so there is less chance of clubs from the same nation ending up in the same group, but the new draw can also create ridiculous groups of death. As an example, Cruzeiro or Atletico (Brazil's top 2 seeds) can end up in a group with Boca, Colo-Colo and Corinthians/Internacional, or they can end up in a group with Mineros, San Jose and the 3rd seeded Peruvian team.
