Really seems like they could've moved the timing lights further from the stop box I swear I've seen that truck before but I can't find it. It's either a '67 C10, or a a '68-'72 with a '67 cab swapped on it. And it sounds loving evil.

It's like the car was being driven by a very poorly coded pathfinding program that is only allowed to turn right while reversing. I would not be surprised if it turns out the driver was having a stroke or something that made the concept of a left side disappear.
