a kitten posted:Yep! Twice in fact. I don't know what you're talking about, it looks fine to me. The only thing I don't like about that DVD is that you pretty much have to keep the plastic outer slip cover on because the case itself is literally just a collage of everything from the movie. No words on it anywhere, just slapped-together pictures and a barcode. Or maybe it's even better that way.

The box that it's in is actually amazing and does something like double or triple the time that an organ stays viable between procurement and transplant. From the company's website it looks like the heart and lung systems are available in Europe and the liver system is about to move to clinical trials. poo poo is really, really awesome and has the potential to save a lot of lives.

Honestly, if you were making a wormhole for traversal you'd want to create it as flat as possible at the point of transit, otherwise you'd get geometric distortion that'd probably destroy the craft. In theory there's nothing stopping you from doing any shape you want. how about making it an obloid shape with proportions 1:4:9 A simple 'hole in space' wormhole would be the equivilent of taking those two piece of paper and making a slit between them and passing through that slit, as opposed to punching a bigass hole.
