it's probably better that still hasn't happened. even ignoring the security implications of your web-enabled fridge having your credit card number, there are so many ways the system could fail hilariously due to sloppy coding and leave you with a pallet of 2% and a $2k grocery bill because a sensor errored out look at how well your average consumer facing integrated system works and ask, do i want this to be able to autonomously make purchases on my behalf?
