BI NOW GAY LATER posted:RNG's are actually kind of hard to program correctly, but meh. With that said, trying to synchronize these RNG seeds across every squad across massive hardware diversity, make it performant, and try to avoid a lot of exploitation problems that are inherent to distributed and publicly accessible systems is a technical challenge that is very, very difficult to do with the aggressive release timeline that DE has delivered for two years now. It's one thing to be able to do this locked in an office over a year or two, but DE has been playing their own release schedule game that is extremely taxing upon everyone with a theoretically better product in the end.

When using it to output white/black pixels in a 32x32 grid it made a lovely wave pattern. Drew is not Grineeer, Grineeer is Scott. Note that the broken RNG was the 'fast' RNG method, which was used for drops (IIRC) among other things but not mission rewards (which used the slow RNG since it didn't need to generate a dozen random numbers per frame). The fast RNG got fixed and the new coding was backported to the slow RNG as well, IIRC.

I was going around with Loki and my Dread, and sometimes I would get the bonus, but if I accidentally got detected, I wouldn't get the bonus (duh), even after I had killed everyone in that room/adjacent rooms and gone a ways away. I mean, I was shooting guys who were just standing there, not taking a combat stance or anything, but no bonus. What gives? I haven't had that issue since I just kill'em all and wait for new ones to respawn but I think they don't reset to idle status even after they put their guns down. Or maybe it was the alarm? I think the alarm automatically puts everyone in alert state. -- One thing about stealth kills: The prompt shows up based on your frame's position relative to the enemy, but the animation is based on the camera's facing. This means you can manipulate the location of the stealth kill to avoid touching other enemies. Another thing: Their cones of vision are ridiculously small and narrow when idle. I've killed dudes literally next to each other. Oh, and enemies in cover have their prompt around their shoulder furthest from the wall they're hugging. -- Naturally Selected posted:If they ever saw a dead body/heard gunfire, you won't get the bonus. There's also an insta-detection thing where if you skewer two or three targets at once, the first one will count as stealth while the others will "detect" the dead body+arrow flying towards them and not count as stealth kills. Bows end up kinda sucking because of that-if the arrow launches a corpse through other enemies' LOS, they go into alert mode instantly, even if they don't actually do the animation. And dead bodies don't trigger alert, I can confirm this from all the crowds I've murdered. I think watching the murder alerts them, though. E: gently caress forgot I'd already posted. It's nice to see that the rare 5 core packs are back. And on the Amprex: It's gonna absolutely chew through ammo if your mods aren't good or you don't have many formas in. With both, though, you can drop ammo mutation because it becomes pretty ammo efficient as far as killing goes. It's a lot of grinding but it pays off.

Also had decent luck with my dual zorens so far. Whatever has the highest base damage, crit chance and crit damage. Normal attacks, slide attacks, wall attacks, ground finishers, and prompted finishers deal 300 base damage + 125% / 140% / 160% / 175% of the equipped melee weapon's base damage. Mods that affect base damage (Pressure Point, Spoiled Strike, Syndicate Weapon Augments and Steel Charge) are the only melee mods that can increase the Hysteria Weapon's damage. As an example, a melee weapon with 30 base damage, +60% damage from Steel Charge, and +30% power strength will deal 300 + 1.75*1.3*30*1.6 = 409.2 damage. Hysteria's attacks have an innate critical chance of 25%: a 10% chance for a critical damage multiplier of 100%, and a 15% chance for a critical damage multiplier of 200%. The critical damage and critical chance of the equipped melee weapon stack with those of Hysteria: additively for critical chance, and multiplicatively for critical damage. Mods that increase the critical chance/damage of the melee weapon will affect Hysteria (i.e., Organ Shatter and True Steel). As an example, Dual Cleavers have a critical chance of 40% and a 570% critical damage multiplier with a maxed Organ Shatter and True Steel. With this weapon equipped, Hysteria's critical chance will be increased to 0.25 + 0.4 = 65%. This would imply a (0.1/0.25)*0.65 = 26% chance for 1*5.7 = 570% critical damage and a (0.15/0.25)*0.65 = 39% chance for 2*5.7 = 1140% critical damage. Summary of Mods that Affect the Hysteria Weapon Melee Mods Pressure Point Spoiled Strike (Doesn't affect Hysteria attack speed) True Steel Organ Shatter Berserker (If stacks are gained before Hysteria is activated) Smite Corpus, Smite Grineer and Smite Infested (Only applies to the secondary damage of slam attacks) Blade of Truth, Bright Purity, Justice Blades, Toxic Blight Warframe Mods Steel Charge Intensify Blind Rage Transient Fortitude

Early Mobile Suit Gundam series are very low-tech, depressing and show a suprising neutral view on the war with both sides having relatable characters, that goes on up until MS team 06 which is basically a korea/vietnam war series with giant robots and was released just a few months after the perver pilot bio-bot evangelion. Not saying that I didn't like... well.. found Neon Genesis Evangelion interesting the first and only time i watched it, but it didn't invent the big giant robot anime can be sad, brutal and devestating genre. Also Gundam is often stupid and retarded, too. Don't watch it unless you're drunk... plus it's much less warframe related as I have to admit, when I saw the first promo shots before applying to the closed beta, I thought; that dude looks like a tiny version of that anime bio robot from the movies with the disturbed kiddy pilots.
