It's like people who obsess a little too much about serial killers. Just keep your fingers crossed that he doesn't go on a shooting spree some day, because I am not at all confident he's healthy enough not to do so.

I'm still undecided as to whether the condom sign is meant to be an attack on the institutions or on young girls. But he's absolutely right to attack the former as he does here. The rapists were overwhelmingly Pakistani and/or Muslim men, so he could certainly have made a worse cartoon if he'd really wanted to.
